Booking Form

The booking of an exhibition booth has associated the following steps:

1. Complete all sections of the Booking Form indicating your choice of Exhibition booth (please note that space is allocated on a first come, first served basis)

2. The booking will be acknowledged by e-mail and the invoice issued. The payment is required within 30 days. 

3. An Exhibitor’s Pack info will be sent by the end of April 2025. 

4. Upon arrival at the Conference Venue exhibitors will be given their name badge and will be shown to their exhibition booth.
