The conference proceedings will be edited by SPIE, with the process of submitting contributions carried out through the corresponding platform.

Note:
A free SPIE.org account will be needed for an author to submit materials for publication. If the authors have published with SPIE or attended a SPIE conference in the past, they can use the same email address and account they used then. If they are new to SPIE, then creating an account will allow them to submit their contribution and to track its progress.
