4-Page Paper
A 4-page paper must be submitted electronically. Please follow the paper formatting instructions. Submitting author will need to supply contact information (full names, affiliations, addresses, phone numbers, and emails) for all authors listed on the paper.
35-Word Abstract
Submitting author is required to supply a 35-word abstract online. If accepted, this abstract text will be published on the OFS29 web site and in the final printed program.
Submission Due Date
The 4-page paper and the 35-word abstract must be submitted electronically to the OFS29 submission site no later than January 13, 2025.
Adherence to the instructions for preparation of the abstract and summary is imperative. Emailed submissions will not be considered.
It will be asked to select a topic and to indicate preference for oral or poster presentation when submitting the paper. For questions regarding the paper preparation process, please contact ofs29@inesctec.pt.
Oral Presentations
Regular papers selected for oral presentation will have a slot of 15 minutes in the conference auditorium (12 min for presentation + 3 min for questions)
Poster Presentations
Regular papers selected for poster presentation will have a maximum surface available of 100 cm (width) and 200 cm (height). It is advised the A0 format (90 cm wide and 1,20 high).
