Sponsors

OFS29 provides the opportunity for sponsorship initiatives of companies/institutions that wish to increase their visibility within the fiber optic/optics sensing community

There are three main sponsorship categories: Gold, Silver and Specific  

Gold Sponsorship 

The value associated to this sponsorship category is €6 000+VAT

It includes the following benefits: 

• Two individual full Conference registrations 

• One Exhibition Booth at privileged location 

• Display of Sponsor Logo on the Conference Screen 

• Large Sponsor Logo on Conference proceedings 

• Large Sponsor Logo on Conference website 

• Gold time slot (7 minutes) in the Exhibitor´s Plenary Session 

• Inclusion of Sponsor promotional literature in the participant’s courtesy bags 

• Inclusion of Gold Sponsor Logo of the Conference in the Sponsor website. 

Silver Sponsorship 

The value associated to this sponsorship category is €4 500+VAT

It includes the following benefits: 

• One individual full Conference registration 

• One Exhibition booth at privileged location  

• Sponsor Logo on Conference proceedings 

• Sponsor Logo on Conference website 

• Silver time slot (5 minutes) in in the Exhibitor´s Plenary Session 

Specific Sponsorship of Events in the Conference 

Additional sponsorship opportunities can be combined by contacting ofs29@inesctec.pt. The sponsorship of individual coffee breaks, lunch or dinners are available. The sponsor will have special visibility of the company logo and brochures during the particular event.
